Traduzione di cortesia. In caso di divergenza prevale la versione francese.

What it costs, what is included, how to cancel.

Article 1 — Scope

These terms govern the sale of subscriptions to the Laburo service, published by HKBROTHERS LIMITED (Companies Registration Office (CRO), Irlande no. 795844), 51 Bracken Road, Dublin, Irlande.

The service is sold exclusively to professionals acting in the course of their business. An active SIRET number is required to register.

Article 2 — Plans and pricing

PlanMonthly totalYearly totalUsers
Solo€49€490 (2 months free)1
Pro€89€890 (2 months free)1
Chantier+€149€1,4903 — not yet open

Prices shown are the final amounts payable. HKBROTHERS LIMITED is not currently registered for VAT and does not charge VAT. No VAT surcharge is added to the displayed price. Any future change to the final price will be announced at least thirty days in advance, in accordance with the pricing changes section.

The exact content of each plan is the one shown on the pricing page at the time of subscription. Features presented as « coming soon » are not included and are not charged for: they announce a direction, they are not a commitment to a date.

Article 3 — Free trial

A 14-day trial is offered when the account is opened, with no card and no automatic renewal. When it ends, creating new documents is suspended; documents already created remain viewable and exportable.

The trial is limited to 20 quotes, 20 invoices and 15 dictated quotes.

Article 4 — Dictated quotes: what is included

Each plan includes a number of dictated quotes per month: 30 for Solo, 100 for Pro. This quota covers voice dictation only, whose automated processing carries a cost per use.

  • Creating quotes and invoices by typing them is unlimited on every plan, including once the quota is reached.
  • The number of invoices issued is never limited.
  • The counter resets on the first day of each month.
  • A need that stays durably above the quota leads to a commercial discussion, not to a cut-off.

Article 5 — Ordering and payment

Subscription takes place online. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. HKBROTHERS LIMITED never has access to the User's card number and does not store it.

The subscription is payable in advance, by monthly or yearly debit depending on the plan chosen. An invoice is issued at each renewal and remains accessible from the subscription management area.

Article 6 — Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is entered into with no minimum term and renews by tacit agreement at each due date.

It can be cancelled at any time from the subscription management area, without reason or notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: the User keeps access until then.

After cancellation, creating new documents stops. Existing quotes, invoices and job sites remain viewable and exportable.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

As the service is sold to professionals acting in the course of their business, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal provided for by articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code does not apply.

The 14-day free trial, with no card required, allows the service to be evaluated before any payment.

Article 8 — Refunds

In the event of a major unavailability of the service attributable to the Publisher and exceeding 72 cumulative hours in a month, the User may request a refund pro rata to the period concerned, by simple email.

A subscription taken out in error and not used is refunded in full if reported within seven days.

Article 9 — Deposits collected by the tradesperson

The service allows the User to offer their own customers online payment of a deposit. These sums are collected directly into the User's own Stripe account and at no point pass through HKBROTHERS LIMITED's accounts.

HKBROTHERS LIMITED takes no commission on these payments. Stripe's fees apply under the contract between the User and Stripe. The User is solely responsible for the commercial and accounting relationship with their customers.

Article 10 — Changes to plans and prices

Prices may change. Any increase is notified by email at least thirty days before it applies; a User who refuses it may cancel free of charge before the due date concerned. The price of a yearly subscription already running remains unchanged until its term.

Article 11 — Failed payment

If a debit fails, the User is warned by email. Further attempts are made over fourteen days. After that period without settlement, the subscription is suspended: document creation stops, but existing data remains accessible and exportable.

Article 12 — Electronic invoicing: connection mandate

From 1 September 2026, every company established in France must be able to receive its invoices electronically; the obligation to issue them applies to small and micro-enterprises from 1 September 2027. These exchanges must pass through a platform approved by the French tax authority.

By accepting these terms, the User expressly mandates Laburo to, in their name and on their behalf:

  • create and administer an account in their name with Laburo's partner approved platform;
  • publish their establishment in the directory of the public invoicing portal, so that it can receive invoices;
  • transmit their invoices and transaction data to that platform and to the tax authority;
  • receive, in their name, the invoices addressed to them and the associated lifecycle statuses.

User declaration. The User declares and warrants that they are the legal representative of the company whose SIREN they enter, or that they hold a valid delegation authorising them to bind it. This declaration is an essential condition of this mandate: Laburo makes no registration without it.

Proof of mandate. The date, time, accepted version of these terms and the connecting IP address are retained. The approved platform may be required to produce this proof at the request of the tax authority.

Liability. If the declaration above proves inaccurate — in particular if the User was not authorised to bind the company declared — they alone bear the consequences and indemnify Laburo against any resulting claim.

Withdrawal of the mandate. The User may withdraw this mandate at any time, by simple written request or by cancelling their subscription. Laburo then closes the account with the approved platform and removes the establishment from the directory, within thirty days. If the subscription is cancelled, the connection is maintained until the end of that period, so that the User keeps receiving invoices while connecting elsewhere, and it is kept if the User resumes a subscription before then. The approved platform may retain the account, without any directory listing, for the legal archiving of invoices already transmitted. It is then for the User to connect to another approved platform; failing that, they will no longer be able to receive their electronic invoices.

Retention of invoices. The legal obligation to retain invoices — six years for tax purposes, ten years as accounting records — lies with the User. Laburo keeps their documents available and exportable for the whole duration of the contract. Archiving with evidential value is not part of the offer and may be subscribed to separately.

Article 13 — Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
